Simply select a service, click the WhatsApp button, and our team will connect you with verified experts instantly — no app download required.
Is ServeEasy free to use?
Yes, browsing and connecting with providers via WhatsApp is completely free. Service charges are paid directly to the professional based on the agreed price. ServeEasy may earn a small commission from partners, but there is no hidden fee for customers.
Do I need to create an account to book a service?
No account required! All bookings happen via WhatsApp. Just click on any service or the "Book on WhatsApp" button, send a message, and our support team will assist you. For faster service, you may share your name and location.

How do I book a service?
Simply go to the Providers page or click any service card. You'll see a WhatsApp button. Tap it, send a pre-filled message with your requirement, and a ServeEasy coordinator will connect you with verified professionals in your area within minutes.
Which cities do you serve?
Currently we operate in major metro cities: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, and Ahmedabad. We are expanding to more cities every month. Contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability in your location.
How quickly can I get a service professional?
For urgent services like plumbers, electricians, or AC repair, we aim to connect you within 30-60 minutes. For appointments (e.g., makeup artists, tutors, doctors), we schedule based on your preferred time. Emergency services are prioritized.
Are the service providers verified and insured?
Yes. Every professional on ServeEasy undergoes background verification, ID proof, and skill assessment. Many are also insured for liability. We display verified badges on provider profiles. Customer reviews help maintain quality.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay directly to the service provider via cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, or net banking. Some providers also offer online payment links. Never share OTP or sensitive info outside secure channels.
Is there a cancellation or refund policy?
Yes. Cancellations made at least 2 hours before service start are fully refundable. If the professional arrives and you cancel, a minimal travel fee may apply. For service quality issues, you can request a re-service or partial refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Are prices negotiable?
While we encourage transparent pricing, some service providers offer negotiation for large jobs (e.g., home painting, shifting). For standard repairs, prices are fixed upfront. Discuss with the professional before confirming the service.

How can I register as a service professional?
Great! Click on "Join as Provider" in the footer or go to our Contact page and mention your profession. We'll send you a registration link. You'll need to provide ID proof, business details, and a short interview. Once verified, you'll start receiving customer requests.
What are the charges for providers?
ServeEasy charges a nominal commission per successful booking (typically 10-15%). There's no upfront subscription fee. You set your own prices and we help you get leads. Payments are settled weekly via bank transfer.
Do I need to have a registered business?
Not mandatory for individuals like electricians, plumbers, beauticians, or tutors. However, you must have valid ID and work experience proof. Businesses must provide GST certificate. All partners sign a service agreement.
Privacy & Security
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. We follow strict data protection practices. Your phone number and address are only shared with the assigned professional after you confirm the booking. We never sell or misuse your data. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do you handle disputes?
We have a customer support team available 24/7 via WhatsApp and email. If a service is not delivered as promised, we mediate and ensure a fair resolution — either a refund, partial compensation, or free re-service. All disputes are resolved within 3-5 business days.
