1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using serveeasy.in and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using serveeasy, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our policies.
4. Bookings & Payments
All service bookings are made directly between customers and providers. serveeasy facilitates the connection but is not a party to the service contract. Prices quoted are estimates; final costs are agreed upon with the provider.
5. Provider Terms
Providers must be verified and comply with all applicable laws. You agree to provide services with reasonable skill and care. serveeasy may remove providers who receive poor ratings or violate terms.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: misuse the platform, post false reviews, harass users, attempt to circumvent payments, or use the service for illegal purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on serveeasy (logos, text, graphics, code) is our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, serveeasy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed ₹10,000.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
