Refund Policy

At serveeasy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, because serveeasy acts as a platform connecting you with independent service providers, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the policy below.

1. Booking Fee & Payments

serveeasy may charge a nominal platform fee for connecting you with a provider. This fee is non-refundable once a provider has been assigned and contacted.

2. Service Refunds

If a provider fails to show up, arrives more than 2 hours late without notice, or delivers unsatisfactory work (subject to proof), you may request a full refund of the service amount paid. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled service time.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team via WhatsApp at +8960905167 or email serveeasy08@gmail.com with your booking details, issue description, and any supporting photos/videos. We will respond within 24 hours.

4. Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreement between customer and provider, serveeasy may mediate. Our decision regarding refunds is final and binding.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and recover any related costs.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued if: (a) You cancel less than 1 hour before the service, (b) You fail to provide access to the location, (c) The service was completed as described, (d) You change your mind after provider has already started.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
